Mojaloop is the world’s first open source software for interoperability among real-time payment networks. We built Mojaloop in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Ripple, Google, and other partners focused on financial inclusion. That is why we are excited to announce the official launch of the Mojaloop Training Program (MTP). We have converted our existing training materials into a modern, accessible, and easy-to-use online eLearning platform that is freely available to anyone who desires to become part of the MojaLoop community.
About the training content
The training courses have been curated to address the specific needs of different team members. These include Advisors, Advocates, Scheme Owners, and team members representing Technical, Operations, Security, and Business Operations. The courses provide content that is framed through the lens of the targeted audience and role and are broadly categorized into four sections: Moja (general Mojaloop-related educational content), DFSP (digital financial service providers), Hub (Mojaloop Hub Operators), and Scheme (Scheme owners).

What’s next?
The Mojaloop Training Program promises to be an exciting and valuable experience for those who wish to advance financial inclusion through the Mojaloop community. Our team is busy creating new content for the Mojaloop eLearning platform. Additionally, we are developing a governance process that will enable other community members to contribute course content. Lastly, we are also considering the benefits of creating a training certification program. We will provide more details concerning this in future blog posts.
